COD Policy

How It Works

1. Place your order at checkout and select Cash on Delivery.
2. You'll receive an SMS from us with our bKash details.
3. Send ৳200 in advance via bKash to the number in the SMS.
4. Reply with your bKash transaction ID (TrxID) so we can match the payment to your order.
5. Once the advance is confirmed, we pack and dispatch your parcel.
6. Pay the remaining amount in cash to the delivery rider when your parcel arrives.

Example: Order total ৳1,500 → pay ৳200 in advance via bKash → pay the remaining ৳1,300 in cash on delivery.

The ৳200 is part of your total, not an additional fee.
