We want you in the right fit. Here's how exchanges and returns work.
Exchanges — Size Issues
If the item doesn't fit, we'll send you an exchange parcel in the size you need.
- Request an exchange within [X] days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability in your requested size. If the size you want is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative size, another item of equal value, or store credit.
- Exchange shipping charges are [borne by the customer / borne by us / split].
- One exchange per order.
Returns — Only for Our Mistakes
We accept returns only when the fault is on our end. This includes:
- Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong colour sent
- Manufacturing defects — stitching faults, holes, print or fabric defects
- Item arrived damaged
In these cases we cover all shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, or because the item didn't meet expectations in style, shade, or feel. Screen colours can vary slightly from the actual fabric.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Message us on [WhatsApp / Messenger / email] within [X] days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item, and what's wrong.
- Send clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue — this is required for fault claims.
- We'll confirm your request and share the return address and next steps.
Please don't ship anything back before we confirm. Unapproved parcels can't be processed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned worn, washed, altered, stained, or without tags
Processing Time
Approved exchanges are dispatched within [X] working days of us receiving your parcel. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within [X] working days.
